Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Xagonoft ("we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information you provide when you use this website or contact us.

Information we collect

When you submit our contact form or request a consultation, we collect the information you provide: your name, business name, email address, phone number, preferred language and contact method, the service you're interested in, your message, and any optional details you choose to share.

Our hosting and email providers may automatically process limited technical data (such as IP address and browser information) to deliver the site and protect against abuse. We do not require accounts and we do not process payments through this website.

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, schedule and prepare for consultations, provide the services you request, and maintain the security and reliability of our site. We do not sell your personal information.

Third-party providers

We rely on service providers to operate this website, including a website host (DreamHost), a transactional email provider used to deliver contact-form messages and confirmations, and Google Analytics for website measurement. If you book a consultation, an approved scheduling provider may process the details you enter. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and safeguards.

Data retention

We keep the information you submit only as long as needed to respond to your request, provide services, and meet legal or operational requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses two kinds of cookies. The first are strictly necessary for the site to function and to keep it secure. The second are analytics cookies set by Google Analytics 4, which we use to understand how visitors find and use the site so we can improve it.

Google Analytics may process technical information such as device details, browser information, usage events, and an IP address for purposes that may include security, measurement, and approximate geographic reporting. Xagonoft does not intentionally send contact form content, names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other directly identifying lead information to Google Analytics. We do not use analytics to identify you personally, we do not enable Google's advertising or cross-device features, and we do not sell or share this information for advertising purposes. These cookies remain on your device for up to two years unless you delete them.

The strictly necessary cookies include a short-lived cookie recording only whether your region requires cookie consent (never your country, IP address, or any identifier), and a cookie remembering the choice you made in the banner so we do not ask again on every page.

If you visit from the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, no analytics cookies are set and nothing is sent to Google until you accept them in the cookie banner shown on your first visit. If you visit from elsewhere, analytics is enabled by default and you can turn it off at any time. Either way, you can change your choice whenever you like using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of every page, and refusing takes effect immediately — we delete the analytics cookies already set.

You can also refuse or remove these cookies by blocking or clearing cookies in your browser settings, by using your browser's private or incognito mode, or by installing Google's official opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Blocking them does not affect your ability to use this website or to contact us. We do not currently use cookies for advertising, retargeting, or marketing; if we ever add them, we will update this policy and request your consent beforehand where required.

Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), server-side validation, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have shared with us. To make a request, contact us using the details below.

International processing

Our providers may process data in the United States or other countries. Where required, we take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards for cross-border processing.

Children's privacy

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date above reflects the most recent revision.
